It helps if you are checking if the book is at the library and if not you have another option “Place Hold”. It helps me know when to get it and it is easy to use. Good app

Would be easier to have our NYPL card on our Apple Wallet especially when at places where there is no network or Wi-Fi available. So why not let us add our NYPL card to our Apple Wallet?

Since the most recent update the search section does not return back any results :(

Love this App, however I’ve noticed the catalog search function has failed. No matter what I search for the results return as “no results”. Please fix!

Ever since last week’s update all of my searches come back empty. Have to use the web version to look up books now.

Ever since the last update - all my catalog searches come up as “no results” for every book and author I have tried. Please fix this - I loved this app!

Unable to place holds using the app. It tells you it successfully placed the hold but then you check and it didn’t. You have to use the browser. That actually works.

Unable to log in or manage account because it won’t accept my credentials, even after changing information on browser or resetting/re-downloading the app

The app works for most of what I need it to, with two caveats: 1) it doesn’t function at all on the WiFi at my work 2) it’s somewhat slow to load
