I used this app for all of my weather needs until this last update. It is terrible now. It is not user friendly what so ever. I really hope it goes back to how it was very soon otherwise I am going to be forced to continue to use the Action News Jax app for my weather needs!

I wish folks would leave well enough alone. The updated app is AWFUL!!! The radar at one time showed so many great features and now......I just wish you left well enough alone. If I want to see someone give the forecast I'll watch it on my tv or computer not my phone. I now use another service (app) and I have a suggestion....allow folks to decide if they want to update the app or use the so called "new" app.

I’ve been so Happy for years with the last version. This update doesn’t clearly show where storms are in your area it used to show cloud rotation, lightning, etc now it’s a cloud with a lightning bolt and red , yellow etc telling you the severity by color . and if this update has it where is it ? It’s not easy to understand and looks not as nice as the last version. This is not a update it’s a downgrade.

They ruined a great weather app for northeast Florida. Moving on to another app. Cya

This used to be a good app. Would give alerts about when bad weather was near & when the updates from when meteorologists would come in. Now there’s nothing. The last alert I got said “farewell from this app.” Have you guys been hacked or something?! Whatever it is, please fix it!!

This USED TO BE a well-designed useful weather app. I could use it anywhere I went to get predictive radar for the upcoming 6 hours which was very helpful. Now, with their “upgraded” app, it’s overcrowded, broken, and pretty much a small version of their awful ad-stuffed website. WHO thought this was a great idea and approved this?!?? I sure hope that they didn’t pay for this hideous abomination of an app. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD APP!!!!!! You totally ruined a good thing! A weather app only needs to do one thing and do it well… weather!! I would give this version negative 100 stars if I could.

I used this app every day for years. The new update is horrible. Radar is unusable. Now I have to find something else.

Had such a hard time figuring out the app after the update. Overall the app is ok but the radar is not like it use to be. The older version was much better than this one. Radar has glitches often and I have to close out and reopen.

I’m definitely not at all impressed with this new update. Even on my android phone there’s problems. The app just doesn’t work the way it used to, the forecasts are always not right, except maybe the temperature. It used to alert multiple times of rain headed towards your location, now it only alerts once if you’re lucky. Or it will alert for an entirely different area than what’s programmed into your locations. The new lighting alerts are ridiculous. Only one alert when lighting is within 15 miles of a location, but doesn’t give any advanced warnings if lighting is moving closer to your set location or not. Forget getting alerts on the iPad too, they don’t exist, at least on my iPad they don’t.

Well this new version is terrible. Not close to accurate . The old version worked just right. Why fix something that’s not broke?
