Next lock

The only real issue I have with this lock is being able to unlock it wherever I am for someone I specifically know or send them a key that actually works as it’s created somewhere else other than on the Wi-Fi wish that you could fix that so we can either create a key or unlock it from anywhere without being connected to Wi-Fi I do have a gateway connected to it and still should be able to unlock it no matter where I’m at. Please fix that. also, really wish that you would have a connecting app on the Apple Iwatch. would really help at times when you don’t happen to have your phone with you.

Can’t be logged in on multiple devices

My husband and I got the locks for ease of use with the kids. We’ve come to realize we can’t both be logged in as it logs the other person out and we have to resign into the app. This is quite a pain as it doesn’t save the password either or use Face ID. Other than that they seem to work okay. We got the gateway so we can lock and unlock the doors if the kids forget. Please fix this so we can both be logged in!

App doesn’t tell you if door is locked or unlocked….

I don’t have the option to add my fingerprints on my lock. And I wish it had the option of no noise after the lock locks, other than that it’s a great lock easy to install & nice touch to the front door!

No app support. When you copy and paste the code to share it changes the time forward one hour on each end. So confusing for the person receiving the code. Update the app so it works properly. Now I’m stuck with this stupid lock.

Lock app abruptly stopped working and app support link goes to a dead web link. Mt guess is this company is out of business. BTW reinstalling app didn’t help.

This app doesn’t work. When you try to vomit to the lock you will get an error, can’t got it to work. No support, no customer service.

They put a verification that doesn’t even work lol so you can’t even register inside the app, total garbage. Don’t buy the door lock waste of money
