Rarely works and makes my job harder

Does not work most of the time. Worthless

Ok for records. Awkward and slow going between visits for a quick history review. Voice recognition is pretty rough. Overall not a very functional app if you want efficiency.

App crashes, dictation is not reliable and for some reason when you start dictating it writes “true” and when you end dictation it types “false”

When you log in, you get a blank blue screen (although it’s a nice shade of blue, thus thus the 2 star rating). You have to uninstall then reinstall it every one or two weeks if you want it to work.

We have a broken product because of our custom environment and our lack of leadership to follow change control - so this product is what it is for us… but this review is mor for the support we’re receiving than anything else at this point. Why have a “send diagnostic/logs” option if you’re still making my providers do all the troubleshooting work and jumping through hoops???

It never works. Always have to redownload it and delete off iOS to dictate. No one has been helpful in resolving this. It’s up to date. Tried everything.

The Mobile version is far superior to the desktop version which rarely gets any good updates.

Of all the Apps I’ve used in my lifetime this one is the most unstable. I have to delete and reload several times a week. Sometimes twice in a day. It is slow and sometimes the functions don’t appear and when they do they are slow despite strong WiFi connection. Just all around very disappointing

Worst user experience and interface. Have to remove and download the app everyday to just the scheduled patients.
