Update screwed the UX
Ever since your latest update.. this game is unplayable.. the game is choppy, it has lag everywhere.. fix it or i uninstall
found a bug in game
There was a bug with a 2 nd builder that it wont work when we connect to game after we open game after the update which was given in app and it tells in queue to build expecting a quick reply
Game stopped responding
After downloading played for 15-20min max, after that game stopped responding.

False advertisement
Basically the title
Bad Customer Service
I gave this game a one star because I had brought the astra slaughter function but was not able to use it because I did not buy the intergalactic supply. Then I asked for a refund soon after I realized it but no one answered so I asked apple for a refund and they did. Now the developers want to lock my account for something I was never able to use. I have reached out to customer service in game, on discord, and facebook and no one has answered. Maybe this one star review will get someone’s attention because I like the game but it is becoming very pay to win. I have invested all I can into the game right now.
Impossible to play if you don’t have a lot of money
I played this game for a while and the faction help is great but it’s not enough you’ll get constantly raided by people who are much stronger than you and you'll lose of course. The material you need for rebuilding your army are next to impossible to get unless you have a faction that’s willing to spend their resources to cover you or spend at least hundreds of dollars out of your pocket. Even if you do get the faction help or spend money you’ll just get raided the next day it’s definitely not worth it.
