Poor design
I’m using it because I have to since the travel agent booked us with the company. Horrible interface.
Terrible and useless
Endless circle of go to the app, go to the website. No booking info, can’t change transfer time when flight is delayed.
Can’t actually manage anything
Transfers just show a 12:00 time. Doesn’t show the booking number. Can’t change anything in the app itself. It just says to contract them with no instructions on how to do that. Chat is just a useless AI bot. Booked trips only show up a couple days prior to the booking. Overall not useful at all.
