On est clairement sur la fin de l’application comme le matériel n’est plus vendu mais toujours supporté par diego (en contrepartie de €€€) : synchronisation difficile avec les chargeurs, nombreux messages d’erreurs, déconnexion du login très fréquents.

For me I had several issues. First in 2023 on my powerdale nexxtender home charger, I did the firmware upgrade through the app and got the one developed (but not finished fully) released by Powerdale just before their bankruptcy. This one was giving charging sessions sync over WiFi from the charger but was released without proper testing. The sync was not reliable resulting into missing charging sessions on the portal and many other instability problems. This charger firmware is known by the resellers as not reliable enough and you need to keep the 2.53.2 firmware which is the most stable firmware for a powerdale nexxtender home charger. Resellers can do firmware downgrade of the powerdale charger if needed they have the small interface and the firmware. Secondly, indeed even though there was some recent different releases of the application in the last months, the charging sessions sync via Bluetooth doesn’t always work on my iPhone running last iOS version. Most of the time sync never finishes and nothing happens: Worst thing is you switch to another app and come back, the sync displays successful but actually didn’t happen! My tip : I use the app on an old iPad mini running iOS 12 (I know it’s bad but sorry no choice ) that I use just to sync the charging sessions via Bluetooth. And somehow ( I don’t know why, I didn’t analyze it yet) the sync works 100% all the time and within seconds, so it does the job but in some conditions. I stopped using the app on my iPhone running iOS 18( anyway behavior was the same on iOS 17) Also if you have stability issues with your charger like not responding to a badge or to the app this is a procedure given by a reseller to improve charger stability and it works pretty well, my charger is stable for months now without the need to reboot it : The procedure: - restart the charger with the circuit breaker - Disconnect from your Nexxtmove application - Go to your settings - Go to Bluetooth - Press the icon next to the device and press the option "forget this device". - Restart your smartphone - try to connect with the terminal directly via the nexxtmove application with the terminal

PLEASE! Rétablissez les mises à jour de firmware des bornes HOME pour bénéficier de la connectivité wifi. Je suis bloqué en firmware 2.52.2 et le Bluetooth est très instable!

Ik ben op reis geweest en kan me ineens niet meer aanmelden in de app! Er komt steeds op dat mijn account gedeactiveerd is! Dit is een enorm probleem aangezien ik zelfstandig ben en de gegevens van opladen nog moet factureren van een heel jaar! Vind hier ook nergens hulp voor online!

Not only has the new app operator been charging 60€/year for the previously free cloud-based side of the app features… newer releases are now pretty much bricking our chargers, making sync, setting changes ir sometimes even charging impossible !

Since last update eco doesn’t work anymore. When settting on eco, automatically it switch back to normal.

Helaas bakt men er niets van, laden niet meer mogelijk en laaddata niet meer mogelijk om te synchroniseren 😂. App is useless, app doesn’t work anymore!

Since the last update it simply doesn’t sync with the platform anymore, sent an email to their support address, no response. Not sure what happens next…….
