Endometriosis affects 1 in every 10 women during their reproductive years. It can affect most organs in the female body, and it may cause infertility, pain, or both.
Still women continue to be under diagnosed and under treated for endometriosis. Unfortunately, often by the time the final diagnosis for this disease is made, it is 3 to 11 years after the onset of the initial symptoms.
In Drs. Nezhats’ experience, the majority of “no reason” infertility couples who have normal findings have endometriosis and can be helped.
That’s why the Worldwide EndoMarch® has sponsored this app to help women recognize and access their likelihood for endometriosis.

How can anyone complete this quiz? The buttons become hidden with longer questions so at about 65% I can’t advance to the next question. There’s also random questions like “when do you have right shoulder pain?” without asking me if I do have right shoulder pain (I don’t). There’s only responses for frequency, there is not a response for “no right shoulder pain”. So in order to advance I had to choose an answer that wasn’t true. This would obviously skew results. I’m disappointed because I think this could be a helpful tool, but this app needs a LOT of work.
Peace Of Mind
I am honored to be Dr. Camran Nezhat’s Patient.
My name is Amber and I was given the opportunity to be one of the first people to try out his app. My results shows 75% which was “medium risk” in 2019.
In 2020 I had my surgery and I was diagnosed with stage 3 Deep Infiltrative Endometriosis along with Interstitial Cystitis and Adenomyosis.
I am 1 in 10 💛 you are not alone.
A Highly Accurate App for Diagnosing Endometriosis
This app was primarily developed to assist patients who may have experienced failed IVF, regardless of whether they experience pain during their periods. It has demonstrated a high level of accuracy, diagnosing endometriosis in at least 90% of patients. Additionally, for individuals who suffer from painful periods, as well as severe bowel and bladder symptoms, back pain during periods, or shoulder pain during periods, this app exhibits a diagnostic accuracy rate of over 90% for identifying endometriosis.
It is important to note that this app is intended exclusively for individuals who have not previously received a diagnosis of endometriosis. If someone has already been diagnosed with endometriosis, there is no need for them to utilize this app.
Excellent App
This is an excellent test for patients with unexplained infertility with failed IVF. I have witnessed its accuracy daily in numerous patients who have had this test done and endometriosis has been found during surgery in almost all of them.

Excellent
This app was very helpful in quickly providing me with a statistic of the likelihood that I have endometriosis. I appreciate that the app is organized and easy to use. It will be useful to utilize this information when discussing possible endometriosis with my doctor.
AMAZING
This app is excellent if you have unexplained infertility and no nobody believes that you have endometriosis. I used the app, my results were 90%, I had the laparoscopy, and it was discovered I had severe endometriosis. I had no symptoms at all except I couldn’t get pregnant. I highly recommend this app for all patients with unexplained infertility!
Great App
This app is developed for high risk patients with unexplained infertility and pain. The app is highly accurate based on a countless number of patients. The questionnaire is very complete and very through and it is based on AI. On of the reviewers said she had a laparoscopy and she has had endometriosis but when she used the app, the results came back that she doesn’t have endometriosis. This is impossible because one of the questions in the app is had you had a laparoscopy done and endometriosis has been diagnosed. If you answer yes, automatically it gives you a diagnosis of more than 90% endometriosis so the reviewer used the application wrong or didn’t read it. She is inaccurate in that review. In response to the other reviewer, these questions are based on more than a hundred years of treating patients with endometriosis and reviewing the world literature. It is being updated regularly.
Excellent
This app is obviously for high risk group as it was originally developed. It works very well for all the patients with unexplained infertility with and without pelvic pain or patients with pain with their periods. In this app, the questions are designed for patients who have never had laparoscopic surgery before to diagnose endometriosis. If you already have had laparoscopy and you have been diagnosed with endometriosis, this app is not intended to assess if you have recurrence of disease. I see it on a daily basis that it is working as a physician.
May be more inaccurate than not
I was curious about this app, so I did the questionnaire…it said I have a low risk of endometriosis…I’ve already been diagnosed with endometriosis via laparoscopy, so…definitely missed the mark for me.
This app is naive and lacks many essential information
Needs lots and lots improvements. Questions are not designed carefully and ar sometimes misleading.
