I just paid for the $57 dollars for the 10 tokens to mint my NFT I want a refund

First day using this app. It wouldn’t be fair to submit an honest opinion without more interaction. However, it wouldn’t be a bother after a couple of months to offer a full opinion.

I paid for an nft I made. I received nothing
I paid for an nft I made. I received nothing yet. I copy and pasted my wallet to receive it. I got nothing. I click app support. It takes me to their website. Non of the links on that site work. So you can’t contact them… also the website it so bad. My website is so much better. If I can have a better site then these people. I can’t truth them. I still haven’t received my NFT. These people are sick!
