For a while I haven’t been able to scan a barcode or enter a cert number manually using the app.

App doesn’t work
The app use to work great. Was able to type in the number and get the exact coins picture and everything. Even was able to scan the coin. As of the last couple of months seems like that functionality isn’t working anymore. Anytime I type a number in it said this function doesn’t work currently please try again later. Very frustrating since I really like NGC and it saddens me to see this!

Completely Broken
App doesn’t work anymore and hasn’t for awhile. I used to be able scan coins and the app would remember. That function hasn’t worked in a year. After that it would force me to sign in, fine, so I did, but then I had to login every time I launched the app. Now, instead of these issues getting resolved after a year the app has become useless. The scan feature doesn’t work anymore, and neither does manually entering the cert number rendering the app unusable. This is a sad state for the app of one of the two major grading services.

The service provided by this company is useless. When I want to buy certified NGC coins, the scanner does not work and when you enter the #n, it also does not work. It is better that they think about where they send their pieces to be certified, because what is the point of encapsulating a piece if you cannot verify if it is genuine, especially nowadays when everything happens and the service is very expensive.
Not Working
I have been using the app for about 6 months with no problems. A week ago the app would not read the barcode. It “sees” the barcode but doesn’t access the coins data. Tried entering the certification number with no success. It comes back with the message “Not Available, Try Again Later”……what’s going on NGC???
Does this not work anymore?
