i honestly don’t know why it’s getting all this hate, it works well and properly for me.

Nothing about this app is good. It forces me to login every single time I open it, even when checking ‘remember me’. After login, it goes to the authentication screen where it will stay, until you tap Done in the top right corner - every single time I login. It also appears to make a call to re-fetch the data every time you go into a class then back out, it will sit there and take time to refresh. Going back into the same class you were just in will cause the data to refresh again, so you’re stuck waiting even longer. Please fix this app before next school year!!

The app barely works.

About 75% of the time that I click on the app it is completely blank! I don’t get it.

When trying to get in to check grades the page won’t load. It’s super frustrating especially when your child is grounded until grades come up. Sorry son you’re still grounded because I can’t check your grades…🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

The app constantly does not load I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling just to log in otherwise it just loads a blank screen it’s very frustrating! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!

This app needs constant updating or something, because it is always not working when I want to check my sons grades. They can’t bring their Chromebook’s home anymore to show us their grades, so the least NHA could do is make sure the apps for the parents are working!!

When it works it is nice and easy to keep up with your kids grades, but lately I only get a blank screen and have to uninstall the app in order to see anything. This makes this app absolutely useless. I have uninstalled and installed this app. It doesn’t of times in the last weeks. Super frustrating.

The app crashes badly! I have found that the app will only work after a second use if I unison & reinstall it. This is entirely too much to have to do & is time consuming. Wish the school had an app or just use Class Dojo as that app was useful when used previous years

There are multiple days when my son’s profile doesn’t even load. It’s frustrating.
