Even government banks have better apps…this bank was once the top financial institution in Nepal…shame on whoever is in charge
Take a look at your mobile banking app yourself ppl working at the top level management of NIBL. Mobile application for banks have taken a big leap in Nepal, hope you sprint quick enough to catch up or else you will be losing clients left, right and center. Also, isn’t it sort of thuggery if you charge and don’t provide quality service to your customers. Time to act, not think.
Being A One of the Top Banks in Nepal ,The mobile banking app is such a disgrace . We cannot even call it mobile banking app since we can do nothing. They should try to learn from other mobile banking apps.
