Biometric setup for iphone 14
I cannot set the face id for my mobile banking in my iphone. It says device doesn’t support biometric authentication. Please fix this.

I’m done with this app it’s soooooooo disgusting mobile app in entire Nepal it made me embarrassed most of the time I can’t transfer money can’t pay bills via QR scanning if u can’t fix please close and come up with a good provider
Security is delusional
Cyber security can be more better… I always feel threatened by hackers
Password PIN
Please stop asking for password and pin change every month. Its really difficult to remember the password every month.
VPN Issue
Since I am studying here in China, this app doesn't open here with or without VPN. I need to make some transactions from here which I am unable to do. The previous versions were okay with the VPN but since I upgraded it to the latest version, it neither opens with VPN nor without VPN.
