Connection issue never ending story
3 weeks the connection issue still there. Wonder are they really take this as serious matter or not. I really gave up on this kind of services.

Crappy support
This is the first time I experienced a game which is plagued with disconnection issues and what is worse is there is no one to complain to. Their official discord channel is a joke and the mods are not even replying. Its been over a week since this issue and the devs dont even acknowledge and update us regarding the issue especially in 2xx servers. Useless mods and game support
MORE LIKE NIGHT BOTS..
cant even log in..the queue keep getting worse..it can reach up to 5k..im fine with the waiting if it were a real player that play..but no.. 80~90% of those that online were bots..its getting ridiculous..increase the server capacity..and add some type of human verification for the games to deal with the bots..for us REAL player can play..

The game is quiet nice but the only thing is, the level up progress was so bad and even you kill a thousand of Monster you still the level up is to far away.. pls GM do somthing… at list make IT easy to level up tq

Cant even play the game after few days
The queue is taking forever. I waited for 6 hours on the queue just to get disconnected and put under re-queue. Been trying to access the game for the past 2days during my leisure time to play and with no luck at all. Spend so much on the game and not even a fking epic/rare mount. I am requesting for a full refund.
Grinding too slow
The game looks nice at first but after a while, I got bored of it. Too bad
