The app is getting worse and worse.. I cannot delete the DvR that I have on my account. I cannot reset it. It constantly shows offline. Too many things wrong with it. Great cameras, but what good water the cameras if you can’t see anything when you are not home!! I am going to do a review on all of their products so new people will not have to deal with this!! I will be looking for a new system and check the apps before I purchase.

App is trash!!!!! Everytime I go to watch cameras the whole app closes out

This is the worst app, I’ve had Arlo and Ring and I absolutely hate this one. I am constantly having to reset the app, today it won’t even let me log out to reset. It hasn’t been updated in 2 years, do not buy these cameras

Constantly makes me log out and back in to view cameras it’s terrible the company said it’s working on it but has been for past 4 years nothings changed nothing but a scam company buyer beware

Why am I having a log out error. The app will not load so I’m trying to log out of the app and log back in like I did before. It’s giving me a log out error…. It happened last time so I waited a couple of days and tried again and it let me. Now it won’t do it at all. I still can’t access my cámaras from this app. I need to see my house while I’m away. Especially now….I’m about to have all my windows redone and won’t be home to oversee the work or workers. Please fix this glitch. Thanks.

Please fix app to accept device. I have followed instructions verbatem for days and still not adding my nvr. I really need my cameras! It takes me up to where i can add then gives message “add failure”. Same message for days and days. Update. App is working very good. Haven’t had a chance to test remote viewing just yet. Sure hope it works for that part of the app is extremely important DP Nightowl connect will not let me connect! Everything was working great then boom “off line”. Enternet is connect and nothing has changed. I have rebooted to no avail. Please fix! Same thing over and over. Will not connect. Off line. Internet is on and working but your app fails me

Keeps kicking me off and won’t delete the app for me to download again

The app on iPhone doesn’t work for more than 3 weeks and it drives me nuts! The app used to work fine and all of a sudden it became obsolete!! The only chance you have is ONLY if you have a monitor, other than that if you are planning to use the app ONLY, look for other brands or alternatives!

Cameras are okay but the app makes them completely useless. It never logs in properly and goes off all the time for alerts then won't let you access the info or cameras. Will definitely be getting rid of the entire system and changing to a user friendly option.

Why is the app saying 3840 and not allowing me to see my cameras?
