The session is a safe space where you can talk about your thoughts, feelings, or specific situations in your life and find ways to solve problems. Your nilo.expert is a trained psychologist who is there to help and guide you towards solutions that work for you.
Self-guided mental wellbeing programs: We work with our team of expert psychologists to create programs that support you, no matter what you’re going through. Why not explore how to improve your mood, your sleep or your stress—as well as a whole range of other topics—in just a few minutes a day?
On-the-go tools: Our clinician-backed express tools offer quick relief to help you calm down, focus, unwind, or live in the moment. From awareness and reflection exercises to sleep meditations to productivity tricks, you can take a minute to improve your life, anytime.
Daily meditations: Take a few minutes just for you. Observe your breath, focus on the present and calm your mind. The world—and your to-do list—will wait.
Secure data: Just use the credentials you received from your employer to log in to the app. Your information is secure and will not be shared with anyone. Not now, not ever!

Die Situation mit COVID hat mich letztes Jahr ziemlich aus der Bahn geworfen. Auf der Suche nach einer Therapeutin, habe ich erst verstanden, wie schwierig es ist einen Patz zeitnah zu bekommen. Ich stand auf 4 verschiedenen Wartelisten in der Hoffnung, bald die nötige Hilfe zu bekommen. Schlussendlich habe ich über die nilo.health App direkte Hilfe bekommen ohne warten zu müssen! Danke für eure Hilfe! Eine App die wirklich hält was sie verspricht.

Super Unterstützung für mich, um an meiner mentalen Gesundheit zu arbeiten. Durch die Tools habe ich jederzeit Zugriff auf kurzfristige Hilfe und die Sessions sind immer auf ihre eigene Art hilfreich. Ich hoffe sowas kommt bald bei allen Firmen an.
