NinjaOne Mobile Reviews

Buggy, false data

geekworld on

United States

False data example: I see Threats Active (5), Blocked (2) When I drill down, nothing is shown. Threats Quarantined (10) When I drill down, nothing is shown. The GROUPS filter “Doesn’t have AV managed by Ninja” shows many devices that in fact have AV managed by Ninja. There are so many inaccurate/false data items, that it’s impossible to trust this app. It is possible to send a reboot command, which is one of the few useful features. I wish that Ninja would provide a major overhaul, that includes accurate data.

MFA

anvtsky on

United States

MFA is broken off and on with this app depending on the update. Cannot rely on it remotely from my iPhone or from my iPad - really disappointed, wanted to like this.

Broken scripting

finkeltron on

United States

Scripts do not work at.

Not useful at all

Frips79 on

United States

While the core product is great the mobile app is awful. Just one example: all devices from different locations are dumped under the organization. You can not group devices and perform bulk action like running a script. Mobile app is more to use as an overview and there is no real functionality. I’m not sure what developers where thinking. Disappointed.

Broken on iOS 18

Functionality Needed

JR-96 on

United States

NinjaOne NinjaRMM This app needs more functionality to be usable for every day technicians. Limited ticketing, and over all not the best layout. To many missing features.

SSO is broken

MissionMinister on

United States

SSO is broken on iOS. Just keeps looping back and forth between screens spawning new logins. Have to cancel each to get back to the first login to kill the app.

Currently Non-Functional

JustinSwall on

United States

Unfortunately there’s currently a login loop that prevents the ability to sign-in to this app, essentially making it useless. Development has been made aware of the issue, so hopefully they will get it fixed soon. At the moment, the app has been non-functional for about two months.

SSO Broken in v3.11.1

leeyacobi on

United States

I love this app but had to revert to native login because something is up on version 3.11.1. Also, why do you need an additional MFA with SSO that already has MFA?

App is Unusable

GarrettLwn on

United States

As of now it is unusable. Logging in just goes into a login loop. Support said workaround is to uninstall and reinstall 👎🏻
