本アプリはWebサービス「クラウド日報 NipoPlus」をiOS向けに最適化した専用アプリです。公式WebサイトからもNipoPlusを直接利用可能です。
【NipoPlusの特徴】
日報や点検表など、テンプレートに沿って記入する業務をiPhoneやiPadから手軽に行えるカスタマイズ可能な入力アプリです。
テンプレートを作ったらあとはテンプレートに沿って入力するだけで、簡単に日報や点検表の作成が可能です。
作成したレポートは集計したり、PDFに変換したり、様々な目的に利用可能。
日報がベースとなっているため、承認・棄却といった機能や、コメントによる円滑なコミュニケーションツールとしても活用できます。
【写真付きの日報も簡単】
iPhoneのカメラで撮影した写真をそのまま日報に添付可能です。パソコンが無くても写真付きの日報や報告書が簡単に作成可能です。
【署名も埋め込み可能】
タッチパネル対応なので指で直筆のサインを書いて日報に埋め込むことが可能です。iPadとアップルペンシルを組み合わせれば更に操作性UP。
点検者の直筆サインが必要な場合でもNipoPlusなら簡単に署名を入力できます。
