Too much trouble in logging the site . Why new password every 5-6 days and no short cuts.

App is not user friendly. In forgot password asking for old password. If I remembered old password why would i go to forgot password. I have six accounts but not worth it. Front page look is like hotel menu card. Need changes is design. App is like decade old.
