Password Reset

Why can’t my keyboard drop-down after I’ve put in all that’s required? OTP keeps timing out and I keep struggling to reset password. This has to be the most stressful thing I have done today.

Useless App

This is the most stupid and inconvenient app ever. Why is the reset password keyboard not going back? Very annoying!!!

For three days your USSD code isn’t working

No OTP GENERATED

I downloaded this app to enable me monitor the repayment of covid 19 relief loan. I have tried several tome to login using my account number and phone number but otp is never coming thru. Please look in to this and fix the issue of not receiving OTP. I will wait another one week to see if the issue is fixed or not before deleting the app
