I had my yoga session with Dr Khushboo today. I am learning to practice chakras and Dr Khushboo was able to explain what each chakra means and why balancing them is so important

The App has many flaws, stops working midway. Only one or two people take on board any suggestions you have to make for the yoga videos to suit your ailments. Rest of the time it feels like waste of money.

This App has everything to help maintain your best self care practice and easy to use. Including - Daily yoga, diet plan, , meditation also offering so much more. It is amazing. 🙏

I have been with Nirva a year now and recently took on the diet plan to help with my health. The Nirva health coaches and consultants have excellent knowledge. I cannot rate them highly enough the kindness that I have been shown and patience. I am on the health plan now six weeks as health is a journey there is no quick fix, I am certain I will be recovered and able to eat more foods with my health coach and consultants guidance. Nirva team are always so happy and positive. I look forward to my weekly consultations and advice . They just seem to radiate such warmth and positivity.😊

It has been one month since I started with Nirva and I can see the benefits already. They target your issues with yoga and meal plans with consultation with the senior consultant to address your issues.

This is the first health app where I have felt the amount of care and individual attention from all the people charged with looking after your well-being is second to none. My health coach is amazing, so informative, checks in on me daily and offers such genuine support, as well as the consultant and yoga teacher with daily lessons and individual sessions tailored to your own abilities . The diet section is fantastic with lovely recipes and shopping lists. Being able to have the weekly meals planned out for you too is so helpful for a busy lifestyle. I am loving this total well-being health journey and the app makes it so easy to follow and integrate into your daily life . Definitely worth the 5 stars.
