My printed Holy Bible is my most prized possession so I don’t take it out of the house (I did once and mislaid it - I do not want to ever relive those few hours). The NIV Bible app saves my sanity and makes having my Bible close to me into a reality. With real time searching, I can find that verse just as I need it: can scroll Scripture on the train, bus, wherever and whenever I am on the move without fraying my nerves or my biceps (printed Bibles admittedly weigh more (homophone pun unintentional) than apps). What’s not to love?

This app is and Excellent app to use. I set up my widgets and the Bible showed the daily verse! I love everything about this app! Not only does it help me understand my religion more, it also helps for studying purposes and interpretation. This is very helpful. I think this is a wonderful way to spread Gods word with a splendid app with great reviews. This is a five-star app!

Charged me £59 without warning!

I accidentally signed up to the free trial of the NIV study materials and it charged me the £59 (!!!) annual subscription without warning. This is a completely unacceptable way for an ostensibly Christian company to make their money.
