This app does not have any adjustments. You cannot change the voice, the speed. That voice’s accent hard to understand. I live in US and accent sounds like British. And it is talking so fast with that accent. Hard to understand. Also there is no text. I think I just wasted my $5.
This is the best bible application. I have tried several even the small cost is well worth it.
I also have the hardcover copy that I had first. This follows along word for word. Great for when my eyes are tired. I also get a better comprehension of reading it after listening to it.
Great app Tried others and when phone went to password mode app would stop, this one is best of many I tried. You wont be disappointed.
Good audio but it doesn’t consistently keep the last verse you were on when using the audio player and when reading, the app often is missing the bar at the top with the book and verse. (It appears after going to the player and then back) So, helpful but buggy.
Okay, so I have had a stroke but my intelligence is still there. This program seems to want to say you have completed a chapter when you were just browsing and I cannot get out of it unless I say ok. I need easier access, a true NIV Study Bible similar to the one in my Bible classes in a Wesleyan University.
The Bible is awesome it is accessible which I love and it’s not hard to access since I am blind everything needs to be accessible from the games I play to the apps are you’s in IV Bible is just it thanks for turning God‘s holy Word acceptable and an audio
This version has most annoying voice ever, a Charlton Heston wannabe. His speech is way too fast in the New Testament as well. I should have stuck with the free audio Bible app I already had. I can’t focus on Gods word when I have to hear it like this!
I found it difficult to navigate. To get the audio and the visual on at the same time should have been easier. The words didn’t match completely with my NIV Bible. Sometimes I thought the word chosen in my Bible was better to understand and sometimes it was better on the app. Narrators were good. Would buy again if there wasn’t another choice but the navigation really was a problem.
