I’ve used this for years. After I broke my wrist and couldn’t write, I switched to my iPad for both reading and my notes. My only problem is when the study notes say “see chart”, there is no chart either embedded in the Bible or in the chart section of the study notes. Eg Isaiah 7:1.
I still have my real Bible that I can hold and read lying open on my lap but I’m happy I gave in and put this Bible on my phone. It’s always in reach. Wherever I am I can open this Bible. Thank you.
I searched high and low in the App Store for a good Bible app. Many require a constant Internet connection. Many also clutter the experience with Facebook and Twitter integration. What happened to just the Bible? Then I found this app … and it's everything I was looking for. It stores notes and bookmarks (and syncs from iPhone to iPad). Translations I download/purchase are available offline, but if I want to read a different translation without buying it, I have access to Tecarta's entire online library. Truly the best of both worlds. Great app!
This app is worth every penny! First of all it has an extensive concordance which is great for word studies! I also love the Notes portion which I use at church and at Bible studies to take notes and keep them all in the same place. I use this NIV app at least twice a week!
I love this Bible, but I would like to see more colors for high lighting verses, also to custom change color of background, light grey or sepia would be nice, easier on the eyes. I would also like to see a option for checking off the books / chapters that a reader has read, like a read through the Bible check list. That's all i can think of for now, Other than that, this is an Excellent App. After taking a basic Greek course, I learn that some of the phonetics to help pronounce the words are not quite right,
If you are still looking for a go to app bible, this one is it. Take sermon notes complete with verses you import quickly and easily. Great search feature. Easily navigate and customizable configuration.
Installed this app on my iPad. Very convenient. Easy search, can write notes, highlight and many more tools.
An interesting, more well rounded version of the bible to read and study.

Easy to study from on long commutes to work easy to search and make notes Enjoy the convenient pocket size, now using at home too. Convenient to study continuously every day. It holds my place, I can reread chapters easily.
