I created an account on the Niview app and made my partner do the same but after the installation of the device if I try to share with her what it tells me is that no account exists on this app. After many tries, I contacted the after-sales service they helped me. الكاميرا لاتعمل حين تكون في وضع السكون إلا إذا تم فتح التطبيق علماً بأنه في بداياتها كانت تعمل The camera does not work when it is in sleep mode unless the application is opened, knowing that in its beginning it was working.
