SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
The NKED app is $24.99 USD per month, $64.99 USD quarterly, or $149.99 USD annually. Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from the purchase date. Quarterly subscribers are billed every three months. Monthly subscribers are billed per month. Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in the Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

I have been going to the gym for a long time and I know exactly what to do. In my case, this app is great for when I just want to go to the gym and have someone else plan my workouts. I used the follow the FitbyValen plans before so I have 100 percent trust that every workout will be a quality one. Can’t recommend it enough
Very dissatisfied
The apps functionality is terrible, the instructor is unbearable.
Flexible, constant support app!
This app rocks. I am able to create my own recipes as a vegetarian, and in line with my goals, not usually an option elsewhere.
I have constant support and home options since I prefer that to a gym. The 12-week options are just the right length not to feel
overcommitted offered on both their
SHRED & BUILD programs. And it’s adaptive to my level (not a pro!).
Miss the old version
The old version was so much better! It was an 8 week program that was so easy to follow and I used it two Years ago and lost 30 lbs, I had been Reusing it recently and all of a sudden it changed and I’m so disappointed! I was so excited to get back in the gym especially after gaining weight from Covid. PLEASE ALLOW THE OLD VERSION BACK!!!!
Recent purchase of the “challenge”
Have not received an email that the challenge app is ready. We start the challenge tomorrow… ended up searching for the app. Not very clear or concise; missing parts of what equipment to use and muscles worked. Nutrition portion states ‘error’ ‘can not be found’
App crashes
I recently purchased a 3 month subscription. The app has been working great for the first week but now it crashes every time I try to open it. How can I get this fixed?
Great but the app needs work
The workouts are great! Absolutely love it. I am serially SO SORE after every workout but the app itself glitches so much. PLEASE FIX it drives me insane! I cannot change to workout at home.
Good for a beginner
I have been following Valen on IG forever and I’ve always loved how shes real (not a ton of makeup, fake lashes, and #1 she doesn’t have fake boobs 😋) such an inspiration to a formal collage athlete.
I got the annual membership at the end of last year, used it for about a month.
For what it is, it’s good. Easy follow along workouts.
Some things I dislike though, the app isn’t very user friendly. It’s difficult to choose a workout and there isn’t an option to make a schedule.
The biggest thing, it’s boring... I’m a former pole vaulter/ gymnast and these workouts are very slow, and extremely simple that for someone like me, they are boring.
There are “options” to make it harder but even then it’s not that fun (disappointing because her workout videos on her IG look great, they arnt the same here)
If you are a beginner looking to learn how to workout, this is probably good for you.
How do I cancel
Every time I click on manage my subscription I get sent to another page where it isn’t clear how to cancel
Not worth it
Exercises are the same and the app is always having technical issues
