App crashing
Kept existing app when tried to add new account.
Can’t pay the overdue fines through mobile app
I’m not sure why the fines wasn’t updated in this NLB mobile app. I couldn’t pay my fines online, have to purposely go to to the library to pay during the Covid-19 time.
Awesome
Personally, NLB Mobile is one of my favourite apps. I just really like reading and this apps just lets me do just that. You can even read in the browser of the app. 100% recommend.
Can’t read The Straits Times smoothly and freeze easily in IPad Pro
Please fix asap. It has worsen my constipation!
Reading SPH newspapers
In recent days, it has become impossible to read the SPah newspapers because the pages are not in focus and the pages are frozen.
Hangs after update
Don’t update if u can. Can’t read newspaper.
Bugs
After update, sph newspaper always hang and does not response.
Notifications not working
After the latest updates, whatever notifications supposed to send to email are no longer working anymore.
Fun but slow and need strong connection
It’s convenient to browse to read without haste but it feels sluggish and somewhere bad connection interferes my app opening and e-book browsing. That’s a little stressful though. Pls kindly fix this issue.
