Not getting OTP so it is impossible to use this app

The app has potential but requires significant updates to enhance the user experience. While it’s convenient for booking appointments, it lacks user-friendly features. Here are the areas that need improvement: 1.Lab Results: A feature to view lab results directly within the app would save time and improve accessibility. 2.Medication Details: Including a section to track prescribed medications and schedules would help patients manage their treatments effectively. 3.Doctor Categorization: Dividing doctors into groups based on specialties, departments, and availability would make it easier for users to find the right healthcare professional quickly. 4.Review and Rating System: Adding a feature that allows patients to review and rate doctors and clinics would provide valuable feedback for improvement and help other users make informed choices. 5.Navigation: Overall navigation is not intuitive. Simplifying the interface and adding clear labels or guides for different sections would enhance usability. 6.Performance Improvements: The app sometimes feels sluggish and crashes at times. Continuous performance optimizations and stability fixes are necessary. 7.Clinic Information: Including detailed profiles for clinics (e.g., location, services, and specialties) would improve transparency and ease of access. By implementing these features, the app could become a more comprehensive and reliable healthcare management tool. Looking forward to seeing these enhancements in future updates!

I try to make an appointment it doesn’t work at all

Cant see my scheduled appointment , also i did my blood test when asked staff for reports they said download app for reports now more than 4 days cant see my report as well .

Dint receive any code via message, whatsapp & on call as well - They have provided 3 options but none of them work - Please resolve the issue !

Very simple and useful app to keep your all health record and doctor appointments

I recently had the opportunity to use this new NMC App and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the get-go, the app presented an intuitive interface that made navigation a breeze. Whether I was looking for information about specific departments, booking appointments, or accessing medical records, everything was just a few taps away. Another noteworthy aspect was the app's performance. It was fast, responsive, and I encountered no bugs or glitches during my use. Great job, well done!
