Opened the app and it’s just stuck on the main screen only showing name of the app, doesn’t move from there

Rubbish app
Poorly made, cant see how the app works without paying, tried the free trial. No one else on the app!
Unclear and unusable
Signed up and after having issues with the app decided to cancel and delete my account. This was back in September, shocked to see I was charged this month, even though I can’t login and have no account. A joke of an app.
Bugged
Won’t let me log back in. Changed password via email link. Same thing.
