Radar & Weather Forecast Reviews

We now have to pay for publicly funded information

I have the free version on my iPhone and it has been wonderful for many years. I was quite surprised when I realized I would have to pay for this one because apparently there are no ads. I just need quick weather information. I don’t care if ads are on there and I don’t feel we should have to pay for publicly funded information.

Which satellite do they name after me for 520 a year

What a ripoff. Even my most expensive offshore fishing custom sat shots are cheaper

Your brain dead if you would pay 40$ a month for this app

Very poor taste you have to pay to get a weather update on hurricanes

Not free! Subscription only

While setting up you cannot move past the Subscription page!

Way to stiff the public

Badgerette on

All of this information was free on the website, it was very helpful . Now only my phone works and you want to charge us. Bad move, especially today on the SE seaboard. Thanks for no help.

Unfortunate greed

Cproteus on

I have had this app for years and subscribed to premium for features I found valuable. Recently, the developers decided to charge an exorbitant amount for these features which has prompted me to delete the app in search of alternatives. They have also locked more basic features like forecasting behind a paywall with a full screen popup to entice you to pay for them. No. Weather information is vital safety information and was regarded as essential enough for me to justify a subscription - but I absolutely will not fund extortionate greed. 9.99 a WEEK is outrageous.

NO WAY

Cwhcfi on

A three day free trial and then $10 per week. That’s crazy. No way on earth is that worth it.

What the?????

AvTech08 on

United States

Almost $520 per year. Are you people out of your mind?

Ridiculous pricing

Bigbobhill on

United States

Not even mentioning the predatory sales practice every other review has discussed, the value isn’t here. $7 a week (“half” off from $10) is insane for a weather app. Better apps exist and for less if you want to spend.
