It’s a trap don’t go here

Don’t think twice just get out rose you will regret for your whole life. They are good in telling lies and looting money from their customers so don’t ever go here,,

Rented a flat through Shoaib Ashraf from NoBroker.

I had an amazing experience with dealing from one of the best representative Shoaib Ashraf of No broker. He guided me through out the deal to get me the best of all. Made the deal beneficent for me in the best way he could. It was good experience overall with No broker for a renting an apartment :)

Slow and unresponsive service with few good people

Had okish experience with them. Was approached by their marketing team who was provided a lead by someone. Purchased a plan. Had to follow up multiple times for updates on leads. No information was provided on who shown interest and who didn’t. As per their policy they provide weekly update only. That looks limiting, ideally I should know who is interested in real time via email. That is their in free service at least. Even weekly update was not configured correctly and that was done on follow up Pictures posted by them were not apt or sorted correctly. Had to remove many of them One good experience was with Madhan Gopal B, field relationship manger, who was responsive whenever I contacted him. He was quick and helped in quick follow up to show the property to interested tenant. On separate note - was asked to refer someone when their marketing agent sold me plan and was promised the referral bonus. But nothing happened. After multiple follow ups came to know the person has left( Carrom), escalated this to different person, but never got response. In nutshell, their service is fine, but has lot of room for improvement

Excellent Services

My experience with no broker was generally excellent. The staff were good, they knew what they were doing, especially Dasari Madhukar. Excellent gentleman. Very hard working and prompt. I will recommend No Broker to anyone who is looking for property related services in India, especially people like us who live outside India. Highly recommended.

Finding a Tenant

As the owner I only paid the package and everything was done very quickly... thank you so much NoBroker team and Wasi-ur-Rahman.... except delays getting in touch over phone.... everything thing else was perfect.
