Nodo Donuts: Order & Pay

Downloaded this app so I could pre-order my lunch as only had a short break. Couldn’t complete it required my actual card details. Who even carries cards anymore? Would be so much easier to just order and Apple Pay. Result - ended up walking down to order, waited half and hour so missed by break.

Being able to pre-order bread etc. would be a really helpful addition

Simple enough app, worked well. Issues are cup sizes are in OZ?!? This is Australia use ml or Small, Medium & Large. And why can I order donuts that you don’t even have in store.

App wouldn’t allow me to choose flavours when I ordered a box of six donuts. I rang and was told to put my choices in the notes section, needless to say I DIDNT get my choices! Wasn’t able to select pick up time also. Will not be buying from Nodo again

The only time I’ve left a review for an app, because the app is that good.

App deleted within 1min of downloading. It was easy to navigate through the menu, however I don’t understand why it is more expensive to buy via the app than online or in person. NO THANKS.

Deleted this app for two reasons. 1. Constant requests by the app to enable location tracking. You can dismiss the request but it comes back over and over. Why? There are only three stores. I know where they are and I can easily and quickly select which store I want to pick-up from before I initiate each order; and 2. You pay a premium to order via the app! Donuts are 9% more expensive ordered via the app than if you order via Nodo’s website. Catering items are the same price however cafe items are up to $1.90 more when ordered via the app.

I’m not willing to use apps like this that make me sign in. Let me browse the menu, place an order, pay with Apple Pay and then show an onscreen receipt for pickup.
