There are times when you want the customer service experience, but there are times. When know exactly what you want, and just want to walk in, pick up and leave. This app allows exactly that. I still get fantastic customer service, whilst waiting for my purchase to be retrieved. However I don't need to field the sales pitch. So for me this is perfect. Thank you for providing excellent service, to meet and exceed your customers requirements.

Sometimes when placing a click and collect order through the app something goes wrong and for some reason your second name and phone drops off the order details that go to the store. When you go to pick up the order in store, you get a massive lecture from the staff about how it’s not a good idea to not put your second name (even though I know for a fact that it was there when I placed the order). The staff don’t believe me and always try to put the blame on me. It’s really annoying and I hope the dev team can look at fixing this. It may have something to do with having a membership group added to my account.

I’ve been shopping with Noel for years awesome friendly staff and you can find just about anything you’re looking for or your latest upgrade on amazing devices! I also shop a lot online now so it’s very quick and easy last but not least affordable too

Everytime I click on a product to view, it says *An error has occurred. Please try again*. Been happening for over a year despite updating the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, still not fixed. Sent an email, no reply. Frustrating.
