Nice watch, does the expected job. Just few feedback. 1) Child can dial to any number by entering the number manually. Please put some control similar to incoming calls. 2) Watch has very weak capacity for capturing the signals. Same SIM card has full strength in Mobile while weak on Watch at same place-same time. 3) The safe zone area of 500m range is too big. Need more small range control. 4) It will be great if the location can be synced with Apple “Find my” app.

nothing works in the app

Keyboard not getting dismissed, scroll behind keyboard not working, QR code scan to add watch not working, where is QR code when you click that text the popup is empty. Really pathetic app. So far.

I bought this for my kid but it’s not working and customer care support have no knowledge about the watch .. I recommend not to buy .. they don’t even deserve a single star

Bought this watch thinking it would be good to keep track of my kid. But nothing works in this watch nor the GPS nor the alarm. Please don’t buy this watch as this app is pathetic and the customer service is horrible. Your kids are at risk if you think you can keep a track of them and stay peacefully!

Please help. The app has stopped working

Their app is too buggy and the worst part is the customer care. They want customers to raise a complaint hence the process is too complicated to reach them which will such lot of blood out of you. They are worst.

All their service centres mentioned in website are non existing… watch not pairing … no place to put complaints … website not accepting complaints

Sync with Scout watch is not working worthless app and Watch wasted my money

If you have purchased this product be assured that it would not work. Noise also gets removed the reviews on Amazon that talk about the issues with the product, congratulations for wasting ₹6000
