Signed up for the trial but upon uploading a video, the processed audio is skipping. Tried with multiple videos of different lengths and got the same issue. Also after uploading a 3 minute video, time remaining reduced from 2 hours to 1 hour. This is a scam app - do not trust!

Takes too long to process assist

I uploaded one video to try it before actually subscribing and it did a decent job. But after that it wouldn’t allow me to upload any other videos even after paying.

With just a click of a bottom your audio is fixed!

It allowed me to set my password but wouldn't allow me to enter the characters when I tried to log in

I upgraded my account months ago. I’ve been paying for $4.99 a month for every month yet they’ve never upgraded my plan or let me use anything above the free. I’ve contacted them with no response and they’ve been stealing my $4.99 monthly and giving me no access to any thing that I need.

I’ve been using this app for a year, it usually works great, but it is currently exporting my videos back to my video library visually unclear and blurry. I canceled my subscription, and am looking for a new one. Please fix it, because it works very well otherwise. Thank-you.
