rhythm game enthusiast
coming from some other more traditional rhythm games this was quite the jump, but absolutely worth getting better at. both the gameplay and story kept me hooked and even somehow got me to buy the original NOISZ on steam just to learn more about the world. I can see myself playing this series for while, and can’t wait to see what’s next!

5 star because of the general well exucution and unique game macanics but...
I have a major problem with the overall colorcoding of the game (tip play on monocrome screen) I cannot see the menu or projectites (from bosses) normally, let alone outside. Good luck to anyone who plays on a white point reduced screen .
Very smooth and entertaining
The story is sweet. The choice of songs is great - they don’t become annoying and don’t get stuck in my head even if I play one of them many times. Controls are so smooth - it’s a pleasure just scrolling through options and navigating menus, and, of course, playing. Difficulty levels are well-adjusted, so as you improve your skills you can still find challenging levels. All-together great game!
great game, but
i love this game !! it’s so much fun; i really enjoy the gameplay, and i really want to read more of the story! however, the stories and menus are in japanese now for some reason?? since i can’t read japanese, i can’t read the stories anymore… but i still really like this game so i hope i find a way to fix it
bug
menu music keeps playing even through everything else
Cloud Sync Please!
This game is nearly perfect.
I would like the option to skip the story, it’s a bit long and can be annoying that some songs are locked behind it when I don’t personally enjoy the story.
Cloud saves would make this game a 5 star for me, I play this mainly on my iPad and when I switch to my phone I have to start completely over, this would be a welcome addition!
🦍
Pretty epic.
So fun
if you feel like other beat games are too easy or boring this is for you! waiting on more stories though (and a skip story feature)
Truly Inspired
I admit, this game is not perfect. The story is fairly clunky, the grind can be a bit awkward, and the stat system can be confusing at times. But the things the game does well are absolute gold. I've played many indie rhythm games in the past, and this is easily one of the best executed I've seen. The controls are responsive, and the note maps range from very clean to absolutely inspired (galaXXy brain immediately comes to mind). The updates have been simple but impactful so far, and I would love to see how this project develops in the future.
My main complaint so far would be that, even with the UI updates, it is very easy to miss when your stats are lowered due to power. Dropping HP or TEC to F is so crippling, it's almost impossible to play. I would further argue that players should not be allowed to spend coins when their stats are dropped so low that they literally self destruct and can not play the song. Or they should at least be given ample warning before spending coins when their stats are dropped so severely that it would impede their ability to play the game.
My other complaint would be that it can be difficult to read slash notes, especially timed with tap notes. I find it nearly impossible to read the end of LIVHT MY WΔY Normal. I think color coding or some other method of showing which notes are simultaneous would be immensely helpful.
