Annoying maintenance
I loved this app for my tests however during the one week period for my exam there were maintenance issues with the app causing me to not be able to access my flashcards. Furthermore after the maintenance some flashcards I had previously made were gone otherwise this app is great but because of this I don’t think I could use it when it’s still pretty unreliable.

Ankipro is a game changer for studying english! I’ve only been using it for a short time, but I'm lovin’ how it makes memorizing so much easier. The AI card creation is super cool, I just input some words and boom, it gives me perfect cards to study. The pre-made decks are a lifesaver too, I found some great ones that fit my level. Plus, the cards look amazing and the design is super clear - no more clutter! It’s def become my go-to study buddy! Highly recommend!

Why is it always fixing bugs🙂↕️ and can’t get in the app.This makes me regretting the thought of buying premium.🙂↕️ Hope it doesn’t happen again so often and please fix it ASAP!! Thanks 😐
The server went down for two days and most of my data went missing. This is terrible.
The server is very unstable and you risk losing most of your data. This is devastating. After the server issue, most of my deck went missing even though the developer claimed all our data was safe. This is terrible.

Amazing new functions
The new functions- card style and folders are really good. Helpful for studying veterinary materials. Would be so useful if Anki has ‘Export as a pdf’ function.

The server is always turning down
The server have been turning down for many times during my week of study, it totally disturbed my revision schedule I don’t recommend anyone to use this app. P.s. I’m a premium user.
