I've had a terrible experience with NokNok. My orders get canceled frequently, and when they do go through, the delivery times are excessively long. The drivers always take much longer than estimated.

Unfulfilled Promises: Prolonged Wait and Poor Support
Regrettably, my experience with NokNok fell short of expectations. Despite their assurance of a maximum 15-minute delivery window, my order took excessively longer, extending beyond an hour. Attempts to communicate with customer service only resulted in a mere extension of the wait time by an additional 15 minutes. Requesting to cancel the order yielded no proactive assistance or resolution. The significant delay without adequate support or compensation was truly frustrating and disappointing.
Amazing customer service
The app is amazing and they deliver your order so fast but i best thing I love about it is the customer service i give them 11/10 they respond fast and are so nice and helpful
Worst delivery app / customer support
I ve been using this app since it started, hoping that the bugs will be fixed(such as your location). And it didn't, orders keeps going to other addresses, waiting time is increasing by time: It was way faster when it was launched. And customer support don't take your responds well even when the error or problem is from their side. Uninstalling it right now and switching to toters
