Can’t read anything

Have to pay for every single story… bye bye!

Adequate!

My third review: the new app stinks. I do not like it at all. I’m not sure why it is so difficult to develop a decent app. The NOLA app is definitely adequate! It’s nothing fancy, but it will do. I don’t like the large banner at the top of an article I select on my tablet because it looks like it takes 25% - 30% of the page. At least it works most of the time. The screen refreshes every time I go to another screen and come back. I understand it there are new articles or if I haven’t been in several minutes, but it could be 2 or 3 seconds. Definitely annoying. Sometimes the refresh gets hung up and I have to close it and reopen.

New…not improved

The content is still very good. The changes to the digital format are not user friendly.

I do not like this updated version of the NOLA app. The format of s the edition is very hard to read. May have to cancel subscription.

Do not enjoy new online paper i can’t skip whole sections and a lot of going back and forth. Don’t like it at all.

New NOLA App

What happened to the old app? It worked perfectly for highlighting and printing out articles that we wanted to read in print and not on a computer screen. The new App is a step backward! If you feel the same, please speak up!

Don’t make things harder

The new app is just okay, not an improvement. When you take away tools and don’t give me the option to still use them—I’m talking about the page turning buttons—then you make things worse, not better. As usual, it seems like another way to shove advertising down my throat for something I already pay for in order to see less ads.

The old appwas much better. Easier to navigate sections. Most importantly there’s no control over font sizes. I used to be able to read with out glasses

Ripoff

If I already had the app I should have been grandfathered in and should not have to pay. Unfortunately you made people do the update and now you want to charge me $19.99 to look at the news. I don’t think so!!
