I’m not sure why I can’t hear anything unless I use my headphones

I love this game! It’s very cute and all, but there’s a glitch I’m encountering… Every time I try to buy something for 99 cents, it keeps me in a “loading…” screen forever. Can this be fixed?

this game is so fun and there are so many different cool cats and backgrounds the only glitch i dont like is sometimes when you say you dont want to watch an ad the screen freezes to the kitties being sad (because they ask if you want to watch an ad after you lose)

very fun but one detail
this game is very addicting and the cats are very cute. but sometimes i play offline and when i miss a fish, no buttons appear, just my score. not even the home button. every time this happens it does not save my score and i have to close the app and open it up again. pls fix this error so i can play offline!!
