9 month i have not seem my 1000£ what was sent from my pers acc to nomo, scam

4 month wait and still nothing!

I applied for an account in august, I received an email saying they are doing works and not reviewing applications till September. I was fine with that, 2 months later after contacting customer services, all I was told is they were doing it and I only just received an email 4 months later asking me to send my ID again and to confirm my address history and guess what ? Heard nothing back. This has honestly been a joke trying to open an account. Avoid if your not prepared to wait this long for an account.

DREADFUL

They stand for “no nonsense banking” well.. let me tell you. Faster payments are having an issue on this bank and only this UK bank at the time of writing this, support is dreadful my sister sent me £20 for a train ticket and I couldn’t even buy it and was left out in the cold thanks to their broken banking. Not to mention it’s been over a day and a half and that payment still hasn’t arrived in my account. Phoned support and they are absolutely useless. They all say they are still working on fixing the issue. My god. How can a bank cause so much trouble to people when it stands for no nonsense banking. It’s terrible. I’ve never seen Barclays have this issue in my life. And less than the first week of having an opened account this issue is happening. Avoid at all costs. Seriously. If you cannot even receive funds with faster payments within 2 hours in the UK. What’s the point? Get a regular bank a trusted one. While I believe this is a legitimate bank. Problems like this shouldn’t be happening. Especially within only first week of my account being opened. This makes me believe these problems happen often. Terrible. worst bank I’ve used and I’ve used all of them. Seriously just don’t even download this garbage. It’s too new and full of bugs to be considered a usable option for banking. Maybe in a few months they will get their act together. And if they do which I doubt they will. I will update this review… so keep in mind if I haven’t updated this review. Then it’s still terrible and just my advice go for another bank. With more experience.

Don’t waste your time

This app should be removed, bloody waste of time. 09/06 - Q. Why the account opening taking so long? 10/06 - A. Due to high numbers ……. Blah blah 23/06 - Q. Timescales and why it’s taking so long to verify users. 12/07 - A. Onboarding team looking at your application….. 23/08 - Q. What the continuous delays where? xx/09 - A. We are no longer opening banks accounts for UK only account holders. What a joke !

Useless email support

I tried contacting email support to change card delivery address then they reply that my phone number cant be reached... And list the number they are trying to call.... Surprise your missing a digit lol I email back.. You listed my number wrong thisbis the correct number... Then i get a reply that my number is disconnected. WHAT????? how can i get auth codes and login if my number is disconnected Did all my work through the app.... Seems apps are more reliable than humans 😂

Avoid! Fishing

Useless fishing app. Took all details and reviewing application for a month instead of 3 days and still reviewing when I delete app. No support at all. Phone and email didn't answer. Deleted. Avoid this scammers!
