Fun game but lost all my progress after not playing in a long time
Tried logging in to different accounts but all my data was lost. Very unfortunate
I can’t login anymore, I lost all my progress AGAIN! - update at the end
I love this game but a year or two ago I wasn’t able to login to Facebook, so I decided to start a new save. This one was an Apple login that I got quite far in, but now I am unable to log into Apple, google, and game centre wich are the only three options. I’d love to be able to play again but it just dosent seem reasonable if my progress is never saved and always resets. Please help! Edit: somehow I was able to log back into my apple account today! I hope it will stay that way so I don’t have to worry about it. I really do love this game when it works haha!
Wasting energy-
I love the game and the puzzles, it’s soothing while still providing some challenge, but it keeps crashing. Sometimes this happens immediately as I open a level, other times it waits until I watch an ad. Either way the game crashes causing a waste of energy or time if I opted to watch a video for half an hour of infinite energy. It is extremely frustrating and caps out my play time far before I want to.
Purchased no ads and still get ads
So I decided to purchase the No Ads offered within the game. A little expensive but loved the game. Still getting all the ads so asked for either resolution or my money back. This was several weeks ago now and still waiting for more than the generic email from them. Also, now I get a message asking me to spend more money for no ads by subscribing monthly. I don’t do subscriptions, they are a rip off.

Fun but full of ads now
I really enjoy this game, but with the newest update there is now an ad between every single level, which is sort of sad as I was looking forward to new levels, but it’s a bit overkill with advertisements now like every other app out there.
