I love the game series, especially the first one... But, I've started playing the second on my previous phone, and then I got an Iphone. Which means? You lose all your progress yeeeeey! So I emailed the team, they even started to help me, but, at the final steps, they just stoped answering. Thanks for being incompetent!

I absolutely love the game, but 10 keys absolutely ruins the experience. 25 keys is the bare minimum to be able to play the game properly, 30 being a more considerate number. From what i’ve seen, people seem to drop the game after a certain time. For me, it seems to be because your progression is tied to only 3 levels a day, for most people. If you want to have more active, long-lasting, engaged players - then your first priority is to increase key count to 25-30.

Afete the New update, the game doesnt open
Olá, eu adorei o jogo, assim como vários outros jogadores (as). Porém há bugs em que o jogo cai conexão, fecha sozinho, e algo que na minha opinião é extremamente necessário, seria uma forma de conseguir mais chaves de baú, criem uma forma de recebermos mais ou de carregamento mais rápido, pois ao acabar, não há porque continuar a jogar, por mais tempo ainda.
