All I get when I open it shows three balls of yarn no way to get to menu I have already paid for first month and no way to stop auto renewal also asks for password I have never set on so don’t know what it wants

The upgrade asks for a login and password. My subscription is due to renew on Christmas Eve at twice the price. Unless this is fixed I’ve lost all the patterns.
Can’t access site even though I have subscribed The restore purchase button doesn’t work. It wants me to sign in with a password??? There seems to be an update maybe that is the problem.
My subscription is supposed to be active until March 2023, yet my Noro login has apparently stopped working, and I’m not able to access any of the current magazines. There’s no indication whether this is because I need to change a password, and as far as I can tell there is no way to change a password or create a new account via the app, but I can still purchase a subscription through the App Store? Please fix.
I do not recommend this app. My experience is not a good one. I paid 19.99 for a one year subscription, but the app keeps giving me error messages and won’t let me access the contents of any issues. It won’t accept my log in, while also not offering an option to reset the password. There is no help contact info either. I tried this on two different devices with the same result. I have asked for a refund ASAP.
