Worthless
Downloaded the app, it located my address and then just loads forever, then nothing. Just wanting to know why I have flags all over my property for over a month.

Won’t even find nearest intersection Waste of time you end up calling 811.
The app was great around this time last year, but since this update I don’t even try to bother. The near ticket tab is completely non-functioning for me. Tried to reinstall and load up and everything and the near ticket doesn’t seem to even begin to work at all.
I have tried to use this much anticipated app many times. Most of the time, the near ticket tab fails to open. When on occasion it does open it will not go back to the home page. I have discussed this glitch with NC 811 folks they just say to reload the app, which I have done several times. A lot of legal info but does not work. Don’t waste Time here.
I came home today to find paint marks all the way up to my house, and on my brick. I have new neighbors and thought I would use the website to see what was going on, however, their location tracker requires to use the phone GPS, and won't let you type in an address. I downloaded the app thinking I could get the information from that - nope. The app literally opens Safari and makes you use their crummy website that clearly isn't set up for mobile devices. What a waste of time.
Very reliable and easy to use!
Great idea to include everything in one place in one app. Very nice work.
Need to be able to call in tickets from this app
