Always changing no place to log in I should switch banks to one more friendly

Opens, says an old report has occurred and to call for assistance, won’t even open to login. Just the logo.

super buggy have had to change my password 7 times because it doesn’t let me log in and when i do log in it kicks me out forcing me to constantly change my password to sign back in

App isn’t available when I use it. During evening/midnight hours and early on weekends the app won’t let me sign in. It’s been like this for years. Constantly kicks me out. Seriously thinking of switching banks even though we’ve customers for over 20 years.

Crashed the moment I downloaded it and attempted to open the app. The “enroll now” feature is broken, repeatedly attempted to “enroll” and have been unsuccessful.

Close the account and go to a different bank. App is useless and 95% of the time you can’t use it for no reason. All “credentials” are correct yet there IT support is so low it’d be quicker to call and sit on hold to check a balance.

This comment will probably not be seen by many because the “most helpful” review is from 4 years ago. Hence my title. - The app has you check back later quite often, as many have claimed after 9-5, but that’s crazy if it’s accurate. So your app won’t let you log in, check balances, make transfers, or receive text updates for balance/transactions/alerts. Having banked with North Shore through years and years of this, it’s just kinda tiring to see nothing has been done about it. - Zelle has been a transfer option in the app for about a year now (if not longer), and STILL does not function. This makes bank to bank transfers tedious and frustrating. All to end up making an in-person visit unavoidable. I just hope this makes it to the app developers, and you can receive this just as constructive criticism. It’s two fixes. And I’m trying to hang on, but to be be brutally honest, I’m throwing my hands up looking at other banks thinking what am I still doing here. :/

Terrible app. It only works occasionally. When it’s down, you get zero notice.
