The contact cleaner made a mess of my family contacts. It consolidated 6 contacts into 3, including me and my wife. What’s strange is that it didn’t do more that I could find. I don’t think I missed a step that I would have allow me to review suggested changes being made to possibly undo what took me a couple of hours to correct.
I’ve been a member of Norton for years, and I like them, nevertheless when I downloaded Cleaner it started misbehaving and freezing up on me. I had to restart it 1/2 dozen times when nothing would work. I left it for a while I opened all my other Norton apps and they were working fine in my iPhone 15 pro. It’s been maybe an hour later that Cleaner started working, what seems to be properly. Let’s hope it is stable from now on. But it wasn’t stable at the outset.
