Just started using and so far it has confirmed my thoughts about these messages.

Totally incorrect

I will admit I only tried this once. However, I have received the same email from Norton once a week for several weeks now and have not been able to find an actual phone number to call and reach a human being after wasting an hour of my time. Thought I would try this app. I uploaded my email and the Genie scanned it and found no problems indicating the email from Norton was indeed legitimate. To me it clearly was not since the expiration date was way off for my subscription. I was very disappointed. I have yet been unable to alert Norton even through their chat line. Very disappointing!!

You missed one

I submitted an email I received (supposedly) from my credit card company as a fraud alert. Your ur app said it was legit and ok to click on link. I did and it was a scam. I called credit card company directly and they verified that they hadn’t sent it and that someone from another state had just tried to access my account. I looked on the app to report the error, but none exists.

So far so good. There are so many scammers now due to technology and over usage of the internet.I remember when we wrote all of our passwords on a piece of paper and hid it in our bibles. The only scam you had to worry about was the guy trying to sell you the” Kirby “10,000”vacuum cleaner or the guy sent out with a spray bottle of some magic potion claiming it could take out any stain I. The world! I really miss those days…

Best thing ever!!!
