The Norwegian Language Utility is primarily aimed at students taking the Folkeuniversitetet Norwegian classes. Version 1.0 provides the standard list of verbs provided to each student in paper form as a searchable table with accompanying English translation and verb tenses.
What is great about this app (other than that it is free!) is that it shows you all of the verbs' various tenses (for example, infinitiv, presens, preteritum, og perfektum). This is especially helpful for the irregular verbs! Enjoy!
