As a kid, I loved playing with a calculator. Somewhere along the way, the calculator became another boring tool. I want a calculator that reignites that same sense of wonder.
SHOW YOUR WORK
One of the biggest obstacles with most calculator apps is just how easy it is to make mistakes. If you mistype a number and don't catch it immediately, you can easily end up with the wrong answer and never know it.
To fix this, we do what everyone is taught to do in elementary school… we show your work. As you type, the full equation is written out for you—every number and operator. Even better, if you make a mistake, you can now delete or select the number and retype it. Small, but life-changing.

Request for Extended Functions
The ability to use sinsoidal and other more complex calculations would allow this beautifully designed app to be more useful and practical in many more use-cases! Please add support for at least a pi button, exponents, roots, and trig functions. Looking forward to the creativity that will go into developing these functions!

Love Not Boring
I lucked onto these apps and I really live them. I have all the Not Borjng apps. I use this calculator and the Not Boring Weather the most and I do t use any other calculator or weather apps at all. I really like the ability to change the skins and it’s just an all around easy to use app.
It’s cool, could use more features.
I like the style of this app and that it shows the history of what you have typed, but it’s also lacking some features. Specifically, I need a calculator with parenthesis because I work with fairly long algebraic equations most of my day. It’s likely that most people don’t need that, but for me it’s an absolute need. I would also like to not just see the single most recent equation, but a longer history of the last 20-30 equations. Honestly since switching to iPhone it’s the one thing I miss the most from android. The default Samsung Galaxy calculator was phenomenal. I just wish I could find a suitable replacement for it.
Freezes
Consistently freezes when switching to another app and then back to the calculator to pick up where you left off. This forces a restart of the app to continue.
Why the splash screen ?
It just makes us realize our time in this realm is short

Definitely, Not Boring!
Merging aesthetic and functionality, this calculator app (as well as their Habits and Weather apps) will change the way you think about boring, utility apps. The values and equations characters are HUGE!
